Lead from Within is a one on one coaching programme that enables you to get clear on who you are and where you’re heading. The programme framework is designed to discover your goals, values and what drives you and your enterprise.
Together we’ll zone in on specific areas in your life and create a plan to realise your dreams and aspirations by discovering what makes you tick, what's holding you back and how to build on your existing strengths.
This six-month programme will include monthly areas of focus to guide our conversations.
Areas of focus are defined from our initial discovery session where we get clear on which areas will drive the best results, for you.
Each month we'll meet for a 60 minute session to gain clarity, create new behaviours and explore tools that support you in achieving personal and business growth. This programme is tailored personally to you and includes;
A personalised programme with monthly themes
Discovery session and pre-programme exercises
Goal setting exercise and wheel of life 'scan'
Six 60 minute coaching sessions personalised to you and delivered in-person or via video conferencing (eg facetime, appear.in) if outside of the Waikato region.
Email/text access for 'business & life updates' in-between coaching sessions - great for celebrating wins or sharing lessons learnt
One 30 minute post programme check in - a great time to re-connect and share your learnings, ask any big questions and/or celebrate your wins.
